Sports Massage Therapist

Hello I’m Catherine,  My therapy journey began in 2004, I worked at Ragdale Hall - I trained in Swedish massage, Indian head massage, Body exfoliation treatments for approximately 3 years. Due to family commitments I put this career path to one side, however I always had my couch to hand should any friends or family be in need of a treatment!

In 2016 I began working at a local spa, which relit the flame to pursue Sports massage. I completed level 3 in 2019, level 4 in 2020, and I completed my level 5 in 2025.  Throughout this time I have trained in Pregnancy massage, Manual Lymphatic drainage (vodder), Sports Taping, Cupping, Fascia Release.  People often ask me, of all the treatments I offer, which do I enjoy the most - and my answer is always, the one I’m doing right now! 

When I am not working as a therapist, I also have a passion for dogs - which I have turned into a small business, a home from home dog boarding service.

Catherine works at the Mountsorrel clinic on a Thursday.
