Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, core stability, posture, strength, flexibility and attention to muscle control to improve your body awareness.
Pilates is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels as prescribed exercise can be modified to suit the individual.
Pilates session are provided by our APPI trained clinical Pilates Physiotherapist Sarah Cobley. Sarah is also able to offer 1:1 ante-natal and post natal pilates.
